Based between Milan and London, Giorgio is a full spectrum filmmaker working as a self-shooting director and editor for fiction films, docs and commissions. Giorgio is a London Film School graduate. His films were selected and awarded in festivals such as Venice Film Festival, Hot Docs, Aspen Shortfest, Anger Premiers Plans, Guanajuato, Helsinki International and many others. Giorgio has facilitated filmmaking workshops, working with asylum seekers and refugees and worked as festival programmer for Inhouse Independent Film Festival in London (2014). He was Creative Content Producer for Secret Cinema (2015-2018) and since 2019 he's Creative Director for LOST, a new London based company exploring socially impactful ways of releasing film and music into the world. He’s now developing his first feature documentary – THE POSSIBILITY OF A LANDSCAPE, developed at ESo Doc 2021 (European Social Documentary).
